Before you begin your dance journey with us, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions. Your safety, enjoyment, and overall experience are our top priorities, and we are committed to supporting you throughout your time at our studio.
Enrolment and Payment:

• To enrol at Danza Uluwatu, complete the registration process by providing accurate information.
• Full payment in advance is required before attending the first class.
• Tuition fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
• Additional fees may apply for late payments, returned checks, or administrative matters.
• Please be mindful of the validity period of your package. Expired packages result in non-redeemable classes with no refunds issued.

Participation and Safety:

• Participation in our classes is open to individuals of all fitness levels.
• Prioritise personal safety during class and inform the instructor promptly of any physical limitations.
• While pole dancing can be physically demanding, modifications can often be made to accommodate individual needs.
• If you have concerns about your suitability for the program due to a medical condition, consult your physician for guidance.
• By participating, you acknowledge that Danza Uluwatu and its staff are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from health conditions or medical advice.

Timeliness and Attendance:

• Timely arrival is essential as classes begin with a crucial warm-up session for safety and performance.
• Latecomers risk missing the warm-up and may not be able to fully participate.
• Participation without completing the warm-up is at your own risk, and Danza Uluwatu cannot be held responsible for resulting injuries.
• Please arrive between 10 and 5 minutes before the class to maximize your experience.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Students may cancel a class through the website and reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled class without penalty.
• Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the class being considered attended, and it cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• In case of inclement weather, cancellation is possible via WhatsApp.
• If the class does not complete the minimum number of students required 24 hours before, it will be automatically cancelled and a notification will be sent to registered students so they can reschedule.

Studio Policies:

• Danza Uluwatu reserves the right to adjust prices and studio offerings.
• Students will be promptly informed of any changes to the studio schedule or instructors.
• Recording instructors require their consent, and streaming classes or instructors online is strictly prohibited.
• Videos or photos taken on our premises cannot be used for promotional purposes without the explicit permission of Danza Uluwatu Management.
• Instructors may decide whether video recording or photography is permitted during their sessions.
• Students must obtain consent before including other individuals in their images or videos to respect privacy.
